Provide the following information: Full name, flight number, pick-up date and time, and phone number.
1. Save your voucher. Print it or save it on your phone.
2. 24 hours prior to your ride, you will receive your driver’s contact info.
3. The driver at your hotel in Sukhothai City. They will be holding a sign with your name on it. For non-hotel accommodation, the driver will find a nearby spot to park and contact you for the meeting point.
4. Present your voucher and identify yourself with the driver.
5. This service must be booked at least 3 hours prior to arrival time.
6. The maximum number of people per vehicle is 4 people.
7. The driver can take a photo of you as evidence that he serves a service.
8. For any city transfer, a driver will wait only 30 minutes after the pick-up time indicated in the booking. After 30 minutes, if a customer doesn’t show up, the booking will be considered a no-show.
