EXPERIENCE

01: The first day of the tour: get up early, at about 4:30 a.m., to start the day in time for sunrise. The first step is to get your temple pass; a three-day pass costs $62. Then, we head to Angkor Wat for sunrise. After Angkor Wat, we continued to visit some unique temples in the Small Circuit and would be finished at around 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm.

02: The Angkor-big circle continues on from the small circle. There are numerous temples, some of which are older than Angkor Wat. This tour will take you around the Angkor complex. The excursion will begin late in the morning from your Siem Reap accommodation and end late enough to witness the sunset. The best spot for sunsets is Bakheng Mountain.

The first destination is the Kravan Hindu Temple, which is made of limestone and sandstone. The “Angko Big Tour” continues in the afternoon with a visit to Banteay Kdei Temple. We are not going to rush or move rapidly. We’ll eat the test palm fruit on our route to the other temples.

03: The Angkor outside tour can still use the Angkor Pass, which includes Beng Mealea Temple (which was previously a separate $5 ticket but is now included with the Angkor Pass). Along the trip, you can observe handicrafts, villages, and rice fields.

This tour is only available by automobile. If you go to Beng Melea Temple, keep in mind that a half-day will not be enough if you start late and wish to combine it with some of the more distant temples, such as Banteay Srei and Rolous Group Temple. This journey can potentially end at the Bakong temple in the Rolous Group or Tonle Sap Lake’s “Kampong Pluk” town after sunset. Finish the day by going to Tonle Sap if you want to see the sunset.
