Join a local New Yorker and sake enthusiast on a tour of the best sake bars in the East Village! At each of the bars, you’ll get to sip on different types of sake as you learn about the uniqueness, brewing process, and history of this underrated and misunderstood alcohol.

Your tour will provide you with a crash course on everything you need to know about sake, as well as give you the confidence to go out and buy your first bottle of sake. Whether you’ve never had a sip of sake in your life or you want to better understand the beverage you’ve already enjoyed, then this is the experience for you!

You’ll try about 2 drinks at each of the 3 bars that we visit. The drinks will vary at each bar, but you’ll get to try the best bottles of sake that the bars have to offer. After experiencing this tour you’ll be able to say which type of sake you enjoy, and you’ll have the experience and knowledge to order sake on your own!

As you walk from bar to bar, you’ll get to experience the local side to New York City. The neighborhood of East Village is home to students, families, artists, your professionals, life-long New Yorkers, and everyone in between. You’ll want to have your camera ready as we pass along the quintessential streets of New York during golden hour!
