Milan Cooking Class, The big classics of italian cusine! – Milan, Italy

EXPERIENCE:

In this experience, you will learn by eating. How to make the most delicious, simple, and healthy Italian dishes. And in the end, we will have a family dinner.

We start learning how to choose the best ingredients and Tasting a selection of one of the best olive oils and balsamic vinegars in Italy (With artisan Bread).

Then we will make fresh pasta from scratch using eggs, flour, and a special pasta machine.

We will make two different sauces then you can learn and try two different dishes. Classic Tomato sauce and a traditional Parmesan Sauce.

We will go through the story and technics to make the traditional Tiramisu. Ad will have it as our dessert.

All followed by a bottle of really good Italian Wine.

The Class is at the chef’s home in a historical building in the heart of Milan.
