Witness the bright colors of the sunset over the Great Dividing Range to the west. Indulge yourself with wine tasting under the stars led by an astronomer and exploration of the Southern Sky – planets, galaxies, stars, constellations and galaxies through the telescope, with scrumptious nibbles by the firepit.

Enjoy a substantial tasting of 7 current vintage wines served by passionate and knowledgeable staff. Savor a ploughman s platter, including cheeses, cold meats, delicious accompaniments like pickles, olives and sundried tomatoes, all served with fresh locally made bread, grissini and flat bread.

Listen to constellation storytelling by the campfire. Ask questions to the astronomer and enjoy the chance to see falling stars if you are lucky. Bottles are available for purchase at the cellar door, please ask the Dryridge s staff.
