EXPERIENCE

Ride through nature just a short distance from Rome and discover Lake Martignano: a hidden gem just a few steps from Rome. Start at the Valle Contessa Farmhouse where the facility’s equestrian guides will welcome you. Learn how to saddle a horse and ride it safely for two hours on an easy loop trail suitable for everyone. Halfway along the trail, once you arrive at the lakeshore, you will be dropped off for an aperitif with local produce and wine. On the way back, help the guides lead the cows back to pasture at the facility like a real Cowboy. Finally, if you wish, you can take care of the horse you rode, feeding and grooming it.
