From HCM City: Discover Can Gio Mangrove Forest Group tour – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

EXPERIENCE

Morning:
7:30 am: Tour guide will pick you up at hotel in District 1 and take you to Can Gio, a place famous as Monkey Island. Upon arrival, you’ll visit the mangrove forest, home to more than 1,000 monkeys. You can feed them and take pictures as they interact with you and climb on your shoulders. You will then take a short walk to the crocodile area, where locals have preserved many large crocodiles from the “anti-American war”. Crocodile fishing is optional. Next, board a speedboat to the “Sac” guerrilla camp, located deep in the jungle and now a prominent tourist attraction offering a unique perspective on wartime jungle life.

Afternoon:
Afterwards, you will have lunch at a local restaurant. Then have free time to explore the local seafood market, which has a variety of fresh and dried seafood. You can also explore Can Gio Resort located next to the market and enjoy sightseeing time on the beach. We will then return to Ho Chi Minh City and the trip ends around 5:30 pm.
