White wines include Serprino (a biotype of the Glera vine), which can be called the volcanic version of Prosecco; Pinot bianco; Garganega, Chardonnay and Manzoni. The local red wines include Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmènere.

During the walk through the vineyards, the visit to the barrel cellar and various wine tastings, you will listen to the knowledgeable story of the winemaker who will guide you through the tasting process to capture all the expressions of his best wines.
