EXPERIENCE:

Corso Barman Basic & Caffetteria is developed in 5 days, for a total of 40 hours. It represents the fundamental step in learning American working techniques, aimed at those who approach this sector for the first time and also at operators who wish to deepen and perfect their skills or start a new business.
The Bartender profession cannot be improvised; choosing the right school is the essential element for anyone who wants to acquire the art of Bartending, with great job placement opportunities, economic and professional satisfactions.
Method, lots of practice with exercises in a personal workstation equipped with original American materials, and an accredited study program. IBA cocktails, Free Pouring techniques (poured) in OZ (Once), use and mastery of all equipment, merchandise, cafeteria (basic), bar counter and warehouse management and service techniques to become the absolute master of the Bar Counter. During all lessons, the drinks are prepared in an original way with real products (liqueurs, distillates, fruit) and not with water.

-Preparation of all the drinks in an original way, by checking scent, color, flavour
-Drink making – Preparation techniques – Real work
-Knowledge of the product – Merchandise – Organoleptic characteristics of the products
-Bar Set up and organization for any type of bar
-Purchase of ingredients and organization of the warehouse
-Part of Cafeteria: grinding – coffee machine – machine maintenance and cleaning – coffee blends
-Service techniques – waiter
-Final exam: free pouring techniques and creation of a drink
