During this Coffee mini-tour you will learn the characteristics of the bean and the roasting process to obtain a good cup of fresh coffee.

You are going to learn roasting methods starting with the oldest and artisanal ones that are still used in the Colombian countryside, up to the most recent ones that facilitate the production process and make the toasting regular and uniform.

You will be able to differentiate how the flavor and aroma changes between each cup. Best of all, as we interact with each step, we taste the freshly roasted and ground coffee, while our host tells us all about the method used and the phases the bean goes through during the roasting process.
