Black Sea Coast: Day trip to Constanta from Bucharest – Constanta County, Romania

EXPERIENCE

We are starting at 8 am from your hotel in Bucharest and drive (2h30) to Constanta. Walking tour of the old town with stops at the Greek/Roman settlements and the main sites. Visit to the Museum of History & Archeology with the Roman Mosaic (the largest mosaic from the Roman Empire), the statue of the exiled poet Publius Ovidius Naso.
Lunch time on a relaxing atmosphere at touristic port of Constanta. Continue to explore de old town with stops at the Muslim Mosque with the Minaret Tower and a splendid panoramic view of the whole city (optional), the Orthodox Cathedral, the Casino, one of the symbols of the city’s architecture, Genovese lighthouse, first built in the 13th century.
Before going back to Bucharest we can have a walk and more at the seaside.
