EXPERIENCE

Discover the art of local homemade cooking, the tradition in ancient tastes and flavours. Let’s prepare fresh pasta together, to be enjoyed with simple wholesome ingredients. Let’s prepare it comfortably on my patio, Sicilian style, in the open air. Courtyard animals, vegetables, in short relaxation! While we prepare the fresh pasta we will enjoy an antipasto with typical products and a glass of fresh, sparkling local white wine. Following this we will enjoy our pasta, prepare meat, fish or vegetarian rolls (to be chosen first) and homemade dessert. What a wait! I have plenty of room.
