ASADO experience at Rooftop Downtown San Telmo – Buenos Aires Province, Argentina

EXPERIENCE

You will enjoy a family old house that is our exclusive Rooftop in the top of the building , first arrive at 19.00hs with our friendly hosts chef that they will speack about the differents part of the caw and teach how to do the best argentine barbecue . you will receive a welcome drink and a tasting of empanadas , choripan and sweetbreads to the frying pan

The chef will explain the different cuts of meat you will try from the menu, the cooking techniques and provide a short history of the Asado tradition. Then we are sitting at the table and you can enjoy watching all the food preparations and may ask any questions.
You will try a typical grilled pork cut, and three diferents types of meats like the entraña ,roast beef , and eye of steak served in different ways.
