Amalfi Coast: Italian Dinner in Acampora’s Farm – Amalfi, Italy

EXPERIENCE:

You will be warmly welcomed in a historic Amalfi farmhouse. This farmhouse dominates the upper part of the Amalfi coast, with its grounds and breathtaking views. This agriturismo was born from the idea of Acampora Pasquale, our great-grandfather, who after investing all his life’s earnings to build this villa, decided to open this villa as a hostel to host the many foreigners who loved to stay in this area. This farmhouse has been a place of inspiration for many poets, including the famous Neapolitan poet Salvatore Di Giacomo, who while relaxing in the grounds of this farmhouse wrote one of the first texts written in the Neapolitan dialect, the poem “Luna d’Agerola”. In fact, the farm is still called Luna d’ Agerola today.
After having sat down and relaxed while sipping the organic wine produced by our vineyards, we will begin to bring you one of the typical dishes of Italian cuisine, the “Caprese”, a dish made up of tufts of salad covered with fresh organic cherry tomatoes and morsels of mozzarella, to accompany bruschetta will also be brought. After having tasted our food with complete serenity, you will be served the homemade pasta of the day seasoned with a seasonal sauce. And finally, to round off this experience, you will taste our homemade tiramisu.
I tend to emphasize that all food is organically produced on our farm.
