EXPERIENCE:

Venture on a complete 2-day excursion to the capital of Oaxaca to enter the cradle of Zapotec communities, learn about the history and important archaeological sites. Enjoy a mezcal tasting and learn about the process of its elaboration in a Mezcal palenque in Santiago Matatlán; surprising with the ancient technique that the Zapotecs of the Teotitlán del Valle community use to make their wonderful rugs with natural dyes; admire the gigantic and thousand-year-old Tule tree; Appreciate the architecture of the former convent of Santo Domingo de Guzmán and end the first day with a pleasant stay in a hotel. The next day we will enter one of the main markets, to know the authenticity of Oaxaca between its crafts and gastronomy. We will explore 2 of the main towns that make handicrafts such as black clay in San Bartolo Coyotepec and Alebrijes in the community of Arrazola or San Martín tilcajete.
