Join Ewa Josefsson, Certified Hypnotist, for an immersive six-hour training designed for meditation teachers who want to elevate their guided meditations with hypnosis and transformational change-work.

Prerequisite: Participants must have prior experience leading guided meditations, as this training builds upon that foundation. (Ewa Josefsson offers multiple sessions of Healing Words: How to Lead Guided Meditations throughout the year.)
In this intimate and hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to guide others into altered states for deeper healing and self-discovery. You’ll practice each technique in small groups, with a workbook included to support your learning beyond the training.

What You’ll Learn:
• Induction, Deepening, and Awakening – How to guide someone into a trance, deepen the experience, and bring them out gently. Understanding different states of consciousness.
• Integration – Accessing and integrating resources from the past, present, and future self.
• Inner Child Healing – Safely incorporating inner child work for deep transformation.
• Future Pacing – Helping clients create and step into their desired future.

About Ewa Josefsson
Ewa Josefsson (E-RYT 500, CH) is a certified hypnotist, yoga teacher, and meditation educator specializing in subconscious reprogramming. Originally from Sweden and now based in Miami, she has spent 15 years teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork, co-hosting Yoga Alliance-certified teacher trainings that have certified over 350 new teachers, and leading the popular Healing Words: How to Lead Guided Meditations program.

With a lifelong fascination with altered states of consciousness, poetry, lucid dreaming, and the human capacity for change, Ewa has been a practicing hypnotist since 2020. This marks the first time she is offering a formal training in hypnosis.
