Event Description: Compete in thrilling 4-race, 150cc Grand Prix sessions on Mario Kart for Nintendo Switch in this single-elimination tournament. A total of 64 competitors will participate, with each Grand Prix featuring 4 racers. The top 2 finishers from each race will advance to the next round, narrowing the field as the tournament progresses. Two TVs will run simultaneously, ensuring non-stop action through 31 sessions across the evening. The finals will feature 3 high-stakes sessions, called live by our Emcee.

How It Works: Compete in exciting 4-race 150cc Grand Prix sessions on Mario Kart for Nintendo Switch. In every race, the top 2 finishers will advance to the next round, narrowing the field as the competition heats up. We’ll have 3 TVs running simultaneously, ensuring non-stop action as we play 31 sessions across the day. The finals will feature 3 high-stakes sessions, called live by our Emcee.

Prix 1: Shell Cup – Round 1
Prix 2: Star Cup – Round 2

Prix 4: Moon Cup – Finals

Prize Breakdown:

1st Place Winner: Star Cup Tournament Trophy, $150 Cash Prize.
2nd Place Winner: $75 Cash Prize. 
3rd Place Winner: $50 Cash Prize.
4th Place Winner: $25 Cash Prize.

Event Schedule:

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Check-In – Arrive early to check-in, get your wristband, and grab a bite to eat.
1:00 PM – 1:20 PM: Tournament, Rules Breakdown & Prizes – Welcome, rules breakdown, and introduction to the tournament format. Get ready to race and learn about the prizes up for grabs!
1:30 PM – 5:00 PM: Tournament Play – Compete in exciting 4-race Grand Prix sessions. Two TVs will be running simultaneously, playing 31 sessions across the afternoon—14 per TV.
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: DJ Playing – Enjoy house music spun by a Philly DJ to keep the energy high and the mood festive throughout the tournament.
5:00 PM – 5:45 PM: Emcee Announces Semi-Finals & Finals – The top competitors move on to the semi-finals and finals. Watch as the best racers vie for the championship title.
5:45 PM – 6:00 PM: Trophy & Award Presentations – Join us as we celebrate the winners with trophies, medals, and bragging rights.
