Grab your passport and join us for an effervescent and professionally curated six-course dinner complemented by global wine pairings from our host, Jim Francisco from Kysela Imports. The wines have been carefully selected to represent many of the best wine regions around the globe, including Portugal, France, Argentina, Spain, and our very own motherland, Italy. Every course will consider each country’s illustrious history and delicious cuisine. Join us for an evening of exquisite dining as we celebrate the art of fine dining. Delight in a cozy fireside experience in the West Wing, where the intimate ambiance and romantic setting will transport you on a global culinary journey at Mangiamo.
1st Course – Brie & Fig Bruschetta
A sweetly elegant French bite. Artisan crostini spread with mansion-made fig jam and warm brie cheese. Topped with prosciutto, fresh figs, and candied walnuts.

2nd Course – Caldo Verde VG/GF
This traditional Portuguese soup is a comforting blend of potatoes, onions, vegan chorizo, and thinly sliced baby kale.

3rd Course – Pistachio Lamb Rack GF
Succulent mustard-brined lamb rack on a bed of whipped polenta, snow peas, and carrots over shiitake mushroom wine cream sauce.
