The Church Studio, Tulsa’s premier state-of-the-art recording studio, archive and historic event center, has designed a series of rare but highly curated, intimate concerts showcasing legacy artists. Each concert will undeniably be a “bucket list” level event.
The Church Studio Legacy Concert series will showcase musical artist performances that foster the mission of The Church; honoring the legacy landmark’s fascinating music history while creating opportunities to enhance attendee engagement – 100 guests will enjoy:

Benmont Tench is a founding member of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers and one of contemporary music’s finest organ players, piano players, anything-with-keys players. In addition to all of the Heartbreakers recordings, Tench has played on records by Stevie Nicks, Willie Nelson, Green Day, Bob Dylan, Neil Diamond, the Dixie Chicks, the Replacements, John Prine, Waylon Jennings, John Fogerty, Elvis Costello, the Rolling Stones, Johnny Cash, just to name a few. Jimmy Lovine, man of many hats and former Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers’ producer, puts it this way: “If you want a track to sound better, you just put Benmont’s part higher in the mix.” Benmont Tench’s second solo LP The Melancholy Season is out now via Dark Horse Records.
