 Join us for a Full Moon Soundbath to relax and quiet the mind. The enhanced illumination of the moon strengthens our ability to tap into the subconscious of our psyches, to identify and let go of what no longer serves us, and to call in what our heart truly desires.
The workshop will begin with warm-ups to open the meridien channels in our bodies, followed by journaling and intention setting. Justine will play 432 HZ tuned crystal singing bowls, a gong and other instruments to help heal and move stagnant energies out of the body. These powerful sound frequencies will bring you into a relaxed brainwave state, and leave you feeling expansive, elevated and open-hearted!
Justine has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and trained as a kundalini yoga teacher and sound healer in Rishikesh, India. Justine is also a certified reiki and crystal healer with additional training in Kabbalah, TCM, Daoism, and Tantra. Nothing brings her greater joy than helping others discover their true potential and reach states of bliss.
