Lackawanna County Library System American Masters Lecture An Evening with Rick Steves Seating is General Admission, First-Come First-Served, Event is held in the Weinberg Theatre. ****Free Ticket**** Tickets to this event are free, although orders by phone and online may incur convenience fees.
