Join us for a night of philanthropy and yacht rock, benefitting Communities In Schools of Western Nevada. When Communities In Schools is present in schools, so are 99% of our students. Communities In Schools is present across Nevada in four counties and is the leading national school dropout prevention program. CIS currently serves more than 10,000 students across 20 schools in our community. CIS’ mission is to surround students with a community of support empowering them to stay in school and succeed in life.. Site coordinators work to create an equitable path to education by breaking through barriers and doing whatever it takes for our students.
