Refresh and Recert – Level 2
Individuals in this instructor-level course have the opportunity to refresh skills and re-test as a Challenge Course Practitioner – Level 2. The refresher day will include standards updates, exploration of new technologies and practices, rescues, and review of other content as requested by the participants. Please note that zip lines are not covered in this course.Successful completion of the practical skills assessment, and written test will lead to re-certification as a Challenge Course Practitioner Level Two – Full. Adventureworks! Associates, Inc. is a Professional Vendor Member of the Association for Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) and our training and certification programs have been accredited by the ACCT.
Course Prerequisites
18 years of age
Previous certification at Level 2 Challenge Course Practitioner from Adventureworks Assoc. Inc.
150 documented hours of adventure program delivery experience as a Level 2 Challenge Course Practitioner
24 documented hours of relevant challenge course training during the last 3 years
Willingness and ability to perform all tasks related to ropes course operation including spotting, belaying, climbing on belay, climbing on self belay to perform set-up / take-down, and performing in-air rescue tasks

Meals and Accommodation
Meals are included. First meal served is lunch on the first day of the course. Last meal served is lunch on the last day of the course..
One night of accommodation is included beginning on the first day of the course. Check-out is the last day of course.
For people who need to arrive the night before the course begins, an additional night’s accommodation is available at an extra charge. Please note that breakfast is not served the next morning.
