Welcome to Sunday Soundbath??
Come join us for a relaxing Soundbath experience at the Hope Wellness Center this Sunday! Let go of stress and tension as the sound vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes & gong wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace.
Arrive at least 10 minutes before at 4:50pm)the soundbath begins to get settled in, before doors close at 5pm.
??~Actual Bath Starts at 5:00 for 55minutes
?? Warm tea served right after?? at 6pm-6:15.
????**What to bring: A mat or pillow to lie comfortably on, ??a water vessel to drink before/after soundbath.???????
???????**As a common courtesy to others,?? please silence any electronic devices before the soundbath begins.???????
