We are excited to invite you to New West Music & Arts Society’s 12th Annual Charity Gala and Silent Auction – a reimagined event at Heritage Park’s Gasoline Alley! Guests in attendance will be able to bid on a wonderful variety of silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets to have a chance to win 2 WestJet flights, and will learn how New West’s commitment to “Music with a Purpose” inspires hope for our Audiences, our Members, and our Donors.
Proceeds from this year’s Charity Gala & Silent Auction will support the ongoing establishment of New West Centre for the Arts, as well as a necessary upgrade to New West’s audio/visual equipment.
New West’s Annual Charity Gala and Silent Auction will feature venue-inspired performances by New West Symphony & Chorus and New West Student Ensemble. Guests are invited to dress in vintage style clothing, embracing the 40’s and 50’s fashions. $50 Early-bird pricing ends on Friday, March 21st.
Doors open at 7:00pm. Parking is included in the ticket price (ticketholders will be emailed a parking code prior to the event).
New West’s online auction will go LIVE on Saturday, March 29; bidding will end during the Gala; winning bidders in attendance will be able to take their items home.
