Herbs are the unsung hero of the gardening world. In this class, you will become an enthusiastic herb gardener and learn how to insert them into your kitchen garden for maximum impact or grow them on their own in containers or patio planters. Herbs can be used for making teas, medicinal purposes, aromatics, or spicing up your favorite dishes. In addition, if properly planted in your garden they help repel pests and attract pollinators. During class you will plant your own mini herb garden to take home for your kitchen window.
