Join us for our Wine & Dine cooking class where youll learn to make a gourmet meal paired perfectly with exquisite wines!
Menu:
- Kale Caesar Salad with Seasoned Bread Crumbs (Enjoyed Upon Arrival Plated)
- Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin with Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- Dutch Oven Garlic and Herb Potatoes
- Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt Tarte (Chef Prepared)
- Wine Pairing (three 3 oz pours of wine, thoughtfully selected by Sommelier, Jon Hays, from The Italian Vine) Ages 21+
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer whos happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
