Meet us at The Mansion on Tuesday, March 11th , and grab your passport to take part in an effervescent and professionally curated six-course dinner provided with wine pairings from our host Jim Fransisco with Kysela Imports. For this wine dinner, wines were carefully selected to feature and accompany all areas of the World, from Portugal, France, Argentina, Spain, and right to our home in Italy. Each course will feature our take on each country’s delicious cuisine that shares its rich and illustrious history. Join us for an evening of exquisite dining as we celebrate the art of fine cuisine. Delight in a cozy fireside experience in the West Wing, where the intimate ambiance and romantic setting will transport you on a global culinary journey at Mangiamo. 

1st Course – Brie & Fig Bruschetta
A sweetly elegant French bite. Artisan crostini spread with mansion-made fig jam and warm brie cheese. Topped with prosciutto, fresh figs, and candied walnuts.
Paired with Cartier Sparkling Brut Champagne, France

2nd Course – Caldo Verde VG/GF 
This traditional Portuguese soup is a comforting blend of potatoes, onions, vegan chorizo, and thinly sliced baby kale.  
Paired with Fefinanes Albarino, Portugal

3rd Course – Pistachio Lambrack GF
Succulent mustard-brined lamb rack on a bed of whipped polenta, snow peas, and carrots over shiitake mushroom wine cream sauce.
Paired with Ceneris Etna Bianco, Sicily, Italy

4th Course – Spanish Paella GF
A hearty combination of saffron marinated shrimp, mussels, and chorizo alongside black rice and saffron sauce.  
Paired with Cueva de las Manos “Organic” Malbec, Argentina

5th Course – Empanada Frita
An ambrosial pairing of braised beef tongue, diced tomatoes, onions, and peppers in a crispy empanada shell. Accompanied by fresh basil sauce.  
Paired with Montebuena Rioja, Spain

6th Course – Coffee Apricot Etremet GF 
A brightly flavored torte featuring coffee crèmeux, and almond dacquoise cake. Finished off with a coffee glaze and fresh apricot puree.   
Paired with Hallet Chateau Gravas Sauternes, France
