Night Train Gala-Cancelled – Memphis, TN

We are disappointed to announce that this year’s Night Train gala has been cancelled.

Night Train is our biggest event of the year, which means a heavy lift for our staff, but

one we were happy to do. But in these uncertain times, we are doubling down on our

mission to provide education as a path for lifelong success.

As many of you may know, we recently launched a workforce development program,

Music Employs. It is already at full capacity and receiving national attention. As a

testament to its success, Live Nation, one of the world’s largest music companies, has

begun a programming partnership that offers our students real-world experience and

jobs.

The Music Employs program dollars originated from federal funding. At this point there

are changes and new guidance for how we deliver this program moving forward, and

the Soulsville Foundation team is focusing our effort to continue our purpose and

mission.
