Dr. Darshana Naik, PT, DPT, Pelvic Health Expert | Dr. Darshana’s Pelvic PT (Host)

Dr. Darshana believes pelvic health is an integral part of our overall health and yet even in this day in age we have shockingly poor awareness about the goods under the hood! It is her life’s purpose to make pelvic health mainstream, to uncouple shame from modesty in women’s health. She knows the only way to keep pelvic health approachable to busy women is to cut the BS and get to the real bite-size non-negotiable action items for their own health.

Dr. Fiona O’Farrell, PhD, LMFT, CST-S | Adaptive Counseling

Dr. Fiona O’Farrell’s dedication to therapy is driven by her belief that life’s triumphs and difficulties tie deeply into our relationships with our bodies, ourselves, and with others. It is her belief that there is nothing that connects us more to one another than pleasure and intimacy. And there is nothing that makes us more human than our sexuality. In practice, Dr. O’Farrell tries to help create lasting change with clients by examining how we embrace and love ourselves and how we relate to and love one another.
