Sounds of Sanity Skate Sessions – E Saint Louis, IL

Specific to youth night:

All Age Event

15yrs and under: 1 adult per 5 minors during entire event

This is a for profit event where attendees will purchase $15 tickets to be apart of the experience. Ticket purchase does not include skate rental. Attendees will bring their own skates or rent the skates through the venue itself for a separate small fee.

Ticket purchase grants access to the many vendors and featured artists along with educating them selves on healthy mental health habits and resources right in their community.

How can you be involved?

Artists:

This is a paid artist opportunity. Artist will be scouted for this opportunity and will be paid requested artist fees. there is no way to apply for this opportunity as an artist.

• There will be 2 artist selected to perform a 20min set.
• SD Savage will be the main event at each event with a 30min set.
• Artist that can skate are permitted to do their full performance in skate on the skate floor while the audience skates.
• Artist that are not skaters may be able to perform on skate floor in arenas that permit it.
• Otherwise they will have to captivate the skating audience from the side bar. Will you accept the challenge?

Vendors/Sponsorships:

Non -Profit Organizations:

• Must have proof of no profit certification

There will be 4 free non profit slots available per event.

• must submit a brief statement on what their organization provides for the community in the area of mental health.

For profit organizations:

• 4 $100 slots FOR profit slots available per event
• must submit a brief statement on what their organization provides for the community in the area of mental health.
• Able to sell merch, product make profit at event
