Motherhood is meant to change you. But without context and community, it’s easy to lose yourself along the way. Women need somewhere to gather. A space that can hold the full spectrum of the motherhood experience – from the magical to the mundane. This is that place.

MotherCircle is an 8-part circle series for women who are or long to be mothers. Together, we will explore our changing identity and the ways we transform when we become mothers, including sessions on the body, birth, sexuality, work, the nervous system and much more.

The logistics:

We will gather for 8 consecutive Sunday evenings from 5:00-6:15pm PST.
Our Sunday evening cohort begins on January 12, 2025 and end on March 2, 2025.
Each session is 75-minutes long and meets virtually on Zoom.
In circle, we will draw on mindfulness and breath practices, somatic work, myth and storytelling, dedicated time to witness and share – and much more!
Show up as you are, with or without your children present.

Circle 2 – MotherCycle: Tap into the power of the cycles around us – and within us, as women.
Circle 3 – MotherBody: Understand and honor your physical and emotional needs, postpartum and beyond.
Circle 4 – MotherJaguar: Access the full spectrum of your nervous system, from predator to prey.
Circle 5 – MotherLover: Give voice to your evolving relationship with sexuality as a women and a mother.
Circle 6 – MotherBirth: Process your birth story – or your hope for birth – and understand it in new ways.
Circle 7 – MotherWorth: Reclaim your own worth by reframing your relationship with work and value.
Circle 8 – MotherCode: Clarify the values that will inform your mothering and build your legacy.
