Seating is guaranteed to advance ticket holders until 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start of a screening. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the theatre staff. There will be no further admittance 10 minutes after the start of the screening. Organizing a group of 20+ people to see a film? Wheelchair and Companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement. Companion seats are provided beside the wheelchair space, additional companion seats may be purchased nearby. If a person requires companion seating, accessible seating and/or a mobility device, they are asked to please call the TIFF Box Office in advance of their screening at 416-599-2033 or 1-888-258-8433. Passenger drop off is possible in the theatre with curb ramps outside the venue with a step-free, wheelchair accessible entrance. Elevators are located to the right (south) of the up escalator. If a person is unable to wait in the queue due to a disability, a Lobby Pass may be requested at the Box Office, which grants you access to our designated waiting area. We encourage patrons to call the Box Office in advance to request a Lobby Pass. Space is limited.
