I n this class you will learn how to make pierogi from start to finish.
D ough making, filling making, pinching, boiling and packaging!
W e will make two dozen pierogi. Farmer’s Cheese filling along with your own custom Potato and Cheese Filling! We will go over possible trouble shooting, food safety, pinching and crimping, boiling and packaging.
This class is for intermediate to advanced culinary explorers.
L unch will be available for purchase on Saturday Classes.
THERE IS A SEVEN DAY REFUND POLICY. REFUND REQUEST WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE CLASS WILL NOT BE HONORED.
