Zapotec cuisine is deeply rooted in pre-Hispanic culture yet embraces European conquest flavors. We aim to showcase indigenous cuisine and share local flavors.
Eating local flowers, tubers, and plants offers a unique experience. We’ll present seeds like maize, amaranth, or cocoa for a deep dive into gastronomy and to enhance your stay in Oaxaca.
All products are prepared in our kitchen, where processes are slow and mezcals are part of the cooperative we collaborate with.
