EXPERIENCE:

The rugged Saint John River shoreline echoes with the ghosts of River Relics . Paddle an Ice-aged river, rerouted 15,000 years ago by receding glaciers to it’s Bay of Fundy terminus through the gorge at the Reversing Falls rapids. Experience the ruins of a Limestone quarry dating back to the 17th century with 850+ million year old marble. Photo opportunities abound as you pause to learn about the first Pre-Cambrian fossils recorded in scientific literature and the story of an historic lighthouse.

Keep an eye open for local wildlife including Bald Eagles, Sturgeon, Great Blue Heron and even the occasional Harbour Seal.

This roughly 90 minute kayak tour starts and finishes at Dominion park beach, where you’ll meet up with you guide and group to get geared up and go through a quick safety and gear orientation before heading out in the picturesque South Bay region of the Saint John River.
