Spend this Women’s History Month affirming your inner Goddess and embracing your power at our Goddess Becoming Celebration!

Every Monday at 7pm for the entire month of March there will be a variety of yoga classes open to all levels!

Each class with focus of the attributes of a Goddess.

March 3rd – LEADERSHIP – This will be a Yin Yoga practice designed to release tenion from deep fascia tissue. Passive poses will be held for 3-5 mins. INTENTION: Ignite the leader within by cultivating autonomy over your life and body by courageously taking responsibility for your decisions and life path.

March 10th – FEMININE ENERGY – Become aware of your feminine energy by painting your body with words our symbols that describe her. Then release your feminine energy through a somatic dance and hatha flow fusion. INTENTION: Honor your feminine energy by recognizing what key attributes your currently exude and envision how you can show up more in other areas.

March 17th – PRESENCE – Purify the mind and body thru an Ashtanga Remix sequence. You’ll experience deep, rhythmic breath-posture synchronization, while challenging your mental capacity through a new way of strengthening the body. INTENTION: Celebrate how much you show up for yourself so much so that you nor others can deny your greatness.

March 24th – CHARISMA – Ignite your Goddess given power to compel and inspire others. This class will focus on balancing your heart and throat chakras through breathwork, fascia release postures, and meditation. INTENTION: Celebrate the your vibrant spirit for being the entity that allows you to empathize, understand, and have compassion for others and transcends all earthly construct.

March 31st – Enjoy a full body dance and yoga fusion sequence designed to awaken your mind body connection through controlled articular rotation and thoughtful movement. INTENTION: Honor all the parts of you that show how you shows up for yourself, as well as the value you has to add to others
