
From Sedona: Archeology and Nature Hike – Sedona, Arizona
Ride in an open-air jeep to a private location, where you will embark on a hike to discover Sedona’s Native American ruins. This is a 2 mile round-trip hiking tour with no off-roading.
EXPERIENCE:
Follow in the ancient tribes’ footsteps as you explore extensive Native American ruins, including 36 pit houses/dwellings, petroglyphs, and more. Travel by open-air jeep from Sedona to a secluded location that your guide has exclusive access to.
Be sure to outfit yourselves with everything you need to enjoy your hike, including water and we do have walking sticks. As you hike through desert landscapes your experienced guide will point out artifacts and give insights into their significance. There is NO off-roading on this tour – it’s a moderately difficult 2 mile hike. Be sure to wear comfortable tennis shoes or hiking boots.
