Stop at the Hotel Indigo, which represents Chattanooga’s COVID-19 pivot, being the 1st privately franchised location by two local brothers Byron & Ken Defoor which installed a local restaurant within it called Wanderer. Wanderer offers American-style gastropub cuisine. Go off-menu as Chef Erin curates a different creative dish for every tour.
