During the class, you’ll make savory pork gyoza and creamy crab rangoons. You’ll begin by seasoning ground pork for a flavorful filling before placing it in a dumpling wrapper. Practice the technique to fold and pleat the gyoza, then learn how to pan-fry the dumpling until it’s tender. You’ll also combine cream cheese and crab then fold the filling into wonton wrappers. Fry the wontons to a crispy golden brown finish. At the end of class, you can take your newfound skills back to your own kitchen and feast on your handmade creations.
