Experience Louisiana’s plantation country and taste local cuisine, followed by touring the swamps of Louisiana by kayak.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Your guide will pickup your group in the french quarter at our pickup location the morning of your tour. We will head out to our swamp location to begin our kayak portion of the trip. After your your guide takes you through the swamp we will load out then head to historic plantation country. We will make a stop at our first plantation, which is usually Oak Alley. They have a bar and restaurant available for your lunchtime meal and drinks. After our lunch break we will meander around the grounds and take pictures or take a walking tour of the grounds. We will then stop at one more plantation for photography and touring before returning to downtown New Orleans.
