This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones or recording devices (including smart glasses) will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and recording accessories will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their belongings at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space. Anyone seen using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreci BAG POLICY Clear bags not exceeding 12x12x6 and clutches not exceeding 1x6x4 are permitted at Heritage Bank Center. Bags, purses, backpacks and totes that are not clear are not permitted. Heritage Bank Center is handicap accessible. Seating is available at the Box Office and through Ticketmaster.

Accessible seating is available for wheelchairs and companions. There is a 4 ticket limit for all accessible seating, unless otherwise posted. Wheelchair patrons should purchase 1 wheelchair seat as their seat and up to 3 companion seats. Wheelchair companions should also purchase wheelchair seats as their seat. The Heritage Bank Center Box office can be reached by phone at 513-421-4111 x199 during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 11am-3pm. Accessible seats are located in Sections 101,102,103,104,105,107,115,120,121 127,131,135, 136,137,138,139 & 140 of the arena.
