Held in-person and with limited availability via Zoom Please keep in mind that learning in-person is always the preference. If you live locally to Colorado please make an effort to at least attend in person on the first day (the day where you receive your mantra). You must attend all 4 sessions each session runs approximately 2 hrs Note: time is in Mountain Standard Time.
