All guests two and older must have a ticket to enter arena. Bags (max size 8.5″ x 11″) are allowed and will be searched upon entry. Exceptions will be made for necessary medical equipment and bags for nursing mothers. We encourage you to pack light with only the necessities to make the entry process as smooth as possible. CASHLESS – the Alliant Energy Center services all credit and debit payments only. No cash accepted. Facility Fee and Parking included within price of ticket. Will Call is available in the West Lobby of the Coliseum at the Madison Ticket Agency box office. Accessible Seating: Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by filtering on the ADA Icon and selecting the Accessible Seats. The elevator is in the West Lobby outside Section 223.

Accessible seating is available online through Ticketmaster by toggling on the Accessible Icon or in person at the Alliant Energy Center Coliseum Box Office during business hours. Wheelchair accessible seating is available on the concourse level in Sections 206, 208, 210, 212, 222, 224, 226, and 228. The only elevator is located just outside the box office near Section 224. Enter on the west side of building.

Mobility accessible and Limited Mobility seating are available throughout the building. These include 1+1 companions whenever possible, based on availability. The Elevator is located by Sections 225.
