This advanced technique is designed to expand your experience of cosmic consciousness and awaken a deeper connection to your universal nature. It sharpens awareness and refines attention through intentional focus. You may feel called to learn this technique when your sits naturally lengthen and the desire for deeper refinement arises. The course includes a sacred puja, personal initiation, and a knowledge session—all held within a two-hour format.
***prerequisites: Sri Meditation Initiation (formerly VM) + 6 months of consistent twice a day meditation
