Over four progressive weeks, this 45-minute bodyweight-focused class will help beginners and gym-goers alike build strength, confidence, and consistency from the ground up. You’ll move through moderate-impact bodyweight exercises designed to improve mobility, core and low back strength, and full-body stability. Your coach, Kaylee, will provide exercise modifications and individual instruction to ensure everyone is moving well, at their own pace, and at the right intensity to improve in each session. Ideal for busy schedules, our routine will help you build a solid foundation for long-term progress that you can take home with you.
This program will be held at Meridian Hall (1 Front St. E) in the Rehearsal Hall (Nov. 4-18) and Castlepoint Numa Lounge (Nov. 25), accessed via the Yonge Street entrance. Class runs from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Late entries accepted until 5:40pm.
Registration fee is refunded day after attendance. Failure to attend results in the retention of the registration fee.
About Kaylee:
Kaylee is a Toronto-based personal trainer and coach who helps busy people build strong bodies and sustainable routines. With an Honours BASc in Psychology and certifications in strength training, nutrition, and pain-free performance, Kaylee blends evidence-based coaching with real-world habit change.
Her approach is rooted in consistency over perfection, focusing on small daily habits that build to long-term results. Whether clients want to lose fat, gain strength, move pain-free, or feel more confident in their bodies, Kaylee provides structured support tailored to their lifestyle.
She discovered her passion for training in 2013 and has since dedicated her career to helping others develop a positive and rewarding relationship with movement and nutrition. Kaylee’s mission is to make fitness approachable, effective, and sustainable without the extremes.
