UNIT XI: IA Chefs – No discussion about Italian Americans would be complete without considering its cuisine and the geniuses who have brought it to the American table. This unit features Lidia Bastianich, Hector Boyardee, Rachel Ray, and Mario Batali.
UNIT XII: Judges/Attorneys – The history of American jurisprudence has been shaped with the help of many brilliant judges of Italian descent, including two who have served on the US Supreme Court: Antonin Scalia and Samuel Alito. Other judges discussed include Nina Miglionico and Reena Raggi
