Since 2004, HUWIB has run the Intercollegiate Business Convention annually. The conference welcomes hundreds of college-aged-women from around the world to the Boston Area for a day of keynotes, panels, a career fair, and networking. The 21st Intercollegiate Business Convention will be hosted on October 25, 2025, at the Northwest Building of Harvard University!
Attendees will learn from inspiring keynote speakers and professionals from a diverse range of industries, interact with peers and professionals, and attend an exclusive career fair and networking session. IBC is an opportunity for women with similar interests, goals, and drive to come together as we navigate the workforce and solidify our place in the world.
