We are answering the call to hold another 300Hr Yoga Teacher Training this fall for those of you who have completed your 200Hr YTT and have started your teaching journey. This is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for to uplevel your teaching skills and become the leader you long to be in the world you want to live in. Co-led by Kate Duyn, Brenna Kischuk, and Vance Vlasek, with an exciting roster of guest teachers including Emilie Perz (Applied Anatomy), Astrud Castillo (Bhakti, Mantra, Harmonium 101), Dana Flynn (Spiritual Sadhana), Kishan Shah (Ayurveda), Susanna Barkataki (Social Justice), Priya Sanka (Sanskrit & Sacred Texts). 
We need you: the lightworkers, the peaceful warriors, the community builders and protectors of the vulnerable lives on earth and the planet as an integrated, living being.
Master your teachings and increase your outreach through vinyasa krama/sequencing, hands-on anatomy, Sanskrit, trauma informed yoga, bhakti yoga, mantra, yoga philosophy, sacred texts, guided meditation, pre/postnatal yoga, and the practical application of the business of yoga, sustainability and social justice.

– Deepen your connection to, and understanding of, the roots of Yoga

– Get 500 hour certified to teach teacher trainings in the future
– Learn anatomy, biomechanics, optimal asana alignment and execution
– Master the Art of Vinyasa Krama (sequencing) and inspirational cueing 
– Learn guided meditation and pranayama techniques
– Gain trauma informed skills as a teacher and space-holder for all backgrounds
– Yin and Restorative practices for all ages
– Sanskrit and Sacred Texts, connecting to the Roots of Yoga

– Harmonium 101, Sound Healing 101, leading mantras and more!
