Please take note that aside from the balcony, it is a General Admission Seating. VIP Balcony is set with cocktail tables and lounge chairs. Reserved Seating for a group of 4. The balcony has private washrooms, bars and table drink service. Balcony access requires use of stairs (no elevator available). Wheelchair and companion seating is configured with a 1 to 1 arrangement in Row 18 of Sections F, H and J. A seat will be provided for companions. If additional companion seating is required, seats may be purchased from available inventory in surrounding areas.

No props will be allowed to enter the venue that resemble or could be wielded as a weapon (ie. Poles, bats, umbrellas, plastic guns, plastic knives). Mask and face paint are permitted, but there will be no entry to the casino floor with a covered face. The Twin Rinks Entrance will be a separate entrance for those in costume, covering their face.
